The little booth sits on the resort's North Lawn beside the gorgeous 34-foot Christmas tree.
Fondue Express serves four guests at a time, and features a chandelier made from cruelty-free wooden antlers, plush seats, and heated wood floors.
Dinner consists of a three-course, Alpine-inspired prix fixe menu, with or without wine pairings. Winter guests may enjoy the decadent experience until Feb. 14, 2019.
The first course is a Swiss meat plate of bresaola, Black Forest ham, cornichons, and pickled vegetables, followed by the diner's choice of barley soup or a lamb’s lettuce salad with Champagne vinaigrette.
The main course options are raclette cheese with boiled potatoes, traditional Swiss cheese fondue with bread and potatoes, and Swiss hash brown potatoes with veal sausage and onion sauce.
All guests are served a Swiss plum tart with cinnamon ice cream and Swiss Christmas cookies for dessert. As a parting gift, they are sent home with Swiss chocolates.
A portion of the proceeds raised by the unique pop-up will go to the Ocean House Fund for Charitable Giving, which helps families in need.
