Orders & Shipping

Where is my order? Chances are it's already on its way! Most orders ship same or next business day, and you should have received a tracking email once it left our warehouse in Woburn, MA.

Heads up: packages often route through sorting facilities in Nashua, NH or North Reading, MA, so don't worry if the tracking looks a little roundabout. It's also common for carriers to mark a package as "delivered" a day before it actually arrives — give it 24–48 hours and it almost always shows up. Still nothing? Contact us and we'll look into it.

Can I cancel or modify my order? Maybe! Since our products are made to order, time is of the essence. Email us at help@chowdaheadz.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we can modify it. If it's already in production, we're unable to modify it — but we can cancel it so you can place a new one with the correct details.

How long does it take for my order to ship? It depends on the item. Since most of our products are made to order, there's a short production window before your order ships. T-shirts typically ship within 1–3 business days. Check the product page for the expected ship time on any specific item.

What are my shipping options? We offer Standard/Economy shipping (3–5 business days) and USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We currently ship to Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Israel, Japan, France, Germany, Austria, Greece, Ireland, the Netherlands, Spain, Singapore, and Brazil. Don't see your country? Send us an email — we may be able to help.

Please note: we're unable to track packages once they leave the US, and we do not issue refunds for lost international shipments. If your order is time-sensitive, order early!

Do you ship to military addresses? Absolutely — we proudly ship to all APO/FPO and military addresses. Thank you for your service!

Do you have a storefront? We're online only, but we ship wicked fast — order now and it might even go out today!


Returns & Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item? Easy — just visit our Returns Portal and follow the step-by-step instructions. We accept returns on unworn items within 45 days of purchase (90 days for items ordered October 1 – December 25). Return shipping is free, always.

I received a gift and need to exchange it. No problem! Head to our Returns Portal and select the gift exchange option.

What items can't be returned? We're unable to accept returns on Mystery items (t-shirts, hats, candles), t-shirts with custom or personalized text, or any items marked as Final Sale. If your item arrived defective, contact us at help@chowdaheadz.com — we'll always make it right.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 2–4 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when it's approved. Refunds go back to your original payment method, though your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

I ordered something and now it's on sale. Can I get a price adjustment? Unfortunately we're not able to refund the difference on items that go on sale after your purchase.


Products & Sizing

How do I find the right size? We have a size chart available on every product page. We also offer free returns, so if the fit isn't right, it's easy to exchange. Still unsure? Contact us and we'll help you pick the right size.

The colors on my screen look different from what I received. What gives? We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible, but screen calibration varies from device to device. If your item looks significantly different from what was shown, reach out to us and we'll make it right.

Are your products officially licensed? Nope! Chowdaheadz designs are original artistic expressions inspired by our love of New England culture. Our products are not official team, league, or organization merchandise and are not endorsed by any third party. For officially licensed gear, visit your favorite team's official store.

How do I care for my items? To keep your gear looking great, machine wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and high heat. When in doubt, check the tag!

Promo Codes & Discounts

Do you offer wholesale or bulk ordering? Yes! If you're a wholesale customer, reach out to wholesale@chowdaheadz.com. For one-off bulk orders, email help@chowdaheadz.com and we'll see what we can do depending on the size of the order.

My promo code isn't working. A few things to check: coupon codes can't be used on sale items or Mystery items (unless otherwise noted), most codes are limited to one use per customer, and discounts can't be combined. Some codes found on third-party coupon websites are not valid — only codes issued directly by Chowdaheadz will work. If you're still having trouble, contact us and we'll sort it out.

What if my item arrived damaged or defective? We'll replace it, no questions asked. Just email us at help@chowdaheadz.com with your order details and we'll make it right immediately.

Can I return a gift without the original receipt? In most cases yes — we just need the original buyer's name and email address to look up the order. If you don't have that information, reach out anyway and we'll do our best to help.

How do I track my order? Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number and email address, or your tracking number.

How do I unsubscribe from emails? Just click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us. You can also email help@chowdaheadz.com and we'll take care of it.

How do I unsubscribe from text messages? Reply STOP or END to any text message from us and you'll be unsubscribed immediately. You can also email help@chowdaheadz.com if you'd prefer.

Do you offer gift cards? Yes! Gift cards are available in our store and never expire.

Do you charge sales tax? Yes, sales tax is charged on certain items depending on what you're ordering and where you live. If you think an item has been incorrectly taxed, let us know at help@chowdaheadz.com.
