David Pastrnak is killing it this season

Criticism, criticism, criticism.

Wah. The Bruins aren’t 22-0 this season.  So yeah, a lot of people are going to be mad when a team loses games. They’ll find faults like saying the Bruins aren’t good at scoring goals and they should be better than they are this season. Well, point all the fingers you want and blame guys who do stuff none of us could do. But whatever you do, don’t point that finger at David Pastrnak.

Also, while you’re at it, wash your hands. It’s cold and flu season.

But yeah, on Monday, Nov. 28, 2016, if you checked the NHL goal scoring leaders at 8:30 p.m. — just as I did — you would have noticed something amazin’. Yeah, we understand Pastrnak is having a great season, 13 goals so far, but did you know he was second in the entire NHL. And it’s more like he’s first because he was only behind Sidney Crosby and let’s be real, Crosby isn’t mortal — except he is and I interviewed him once (PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! OK, you can ask him ONE question. Got a great quote about Mike Sullivan so it counts.).

B’s fans need to be excited about this though. As we know, this Bruins team is pretty young, there’s veterans who aren’t scoring at their normal clips and youngsters who ain’t filling that void. And then there’s Pastrnak, who is 20 years old, in his third NHL season and already one of the best players in the game. That has to make Bruins fans feel good like a fluffernutter sandwich after eating turkey every meal for a week.

If you don’t know what a fluffernutter sandwich is, then please go away. Speaking of fluffernutter sandwiches, I want one now. I guess I’ll wrap this up and go make one now. Peace out guys. Have a good one.
