Chowdaheadz App Terms of Service

These terms apply to Chowdaheadz Ad Studio and its Meta advertising connection, operated by Born Into It, Inc., doing business as Chowdaheadz, 35B Industrial Parkway, Woburn, MA 01801. This is an internal business tool for authorized Chowdaheadz personnel. It is not a customer shopping service.

Authorized use

Use the app only if you are authorized by Chowdaheadz and have permission to manage the connected Meta ad account and Page. You are responsible for keeping account access and tokens secure, using valid credentials, and notifying Chowdaheadz of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share tokens in public, bypass access controls, misuse another person's data or use the app for unlawful activities.

Creative review and advertising instructions

You are responsible for checking product accuracy, spelling, claims, links and rights to imagery, designs and other content before approval. AI-generated imagery may contain errors and must be reviewed. Approving a creative or adding it to the launch queue does not itself publish it to Meta.

A confirmed launch instructs the app to send selected assets and advertising instructions to Meta. Create paused ads sends ads in a paused state; a confirmed live launch requests activation. Ads use the selected campaign/ad set's existing audience, placements, schedule, optimization and budget. Activation may incur advertising charges under your agreement with Meta. Check the destination and budget before confirming.

Meta and other services

Meta controls ad review, account restrictions, delivery, billing and API availability. Using the app does not guarantee approval, delivery, sales or any advertising result. You must comply with Meta's applicable terms, advertising standards and developer policies, and the terms of the app's hosting and authentication providers.

Failures and account management

API requests can fail or return an uncertain result. Check launch history and Meta Ads Manager before retrying to avoid duplicate ads. Disconnecting the app does not pause, delete or cancel existing Meta ads or charges. Manage those directly in Ads Manager. We may restrict access to protect the app or address misuse, and features may change or be temporarily unavailable.

Privacy, ending access and updates

Data handling is described in the App Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Meta in Launch settings and request deletion using the User Data Deletion page. Continued authorized use after an update is subject to the updated terms. These app terms do not replace the store's customer purchase terms or your separate agreements with Meta and other providers.
