Chowdaheadz App User Data Deletion

Effective date: October 5, 2026

These terms apply to Chowdaheadz Ad Studio and its Meta advertising connection, operated by Born Into It, Inc., doing business as Chowdaheadz, 35B Industrial Parkway, Woburn, MA 01801. This is an internal business tool for authorized Chowdaheadz personnel. It is not a customer shopping service.

Request deletion of app data

Email help@chowdaheadz.com with the subject Chowdaheadz App Data Deletion Request.
Include the email address associated with your app access, the app name (Chowdaheadz Ad Studio), and the Meta Page or ad account ID if known. State whether you want the Meta connection removed, your associated app records deleted, or both.
Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment card details or identity documents in the initial email. We will contact you if limited additional information is needed to verify authority over the request.

After verification, Chowdaheadz will remove the applicable stored Meta connection and token and delete associated personal data and launch records covered by the request, except records that must be retained for legal, security or accounting purposes. We will confirm completion and explain any retention exception. Shared company creative assets are reviewed separately to distinguish company content from your personal data. This is a manually handled request process, not an automatic deletion form.

Disconnect access immediately

In Ad Studio, open Launch settings and use Disconnect to remove the stored Meta connection and encrypted token. Disconnecting alone does not erase creative or launch history; email the request above for deletion of those records. You may also revoke the app's permissions through the relevant Meta account's app or business integration settings.

Ads and data held by Meta

Deleting data from Ad Studio or revoking its access does not pause or delete ads already created in Meta. Manage ads and spending directly in Meta Ads Manager. Meta's independent records and retention are governed by its policies; requests concerning data held directly by Meta must be made to Meta. Store order records are separate from app data and can be addressed through the store privacy contact.
