If it is your turn to host Thanksgiving and prepare your family’s most important feast of the holiday season, this is the class for you!
James Beard Award-winning chef, Tony Maws of Craigie on Main in Cambridge and The Kirkland Tap and Trotter in Somerville will teach you how to cook the most epic Thanksgiving dinner your crew has ever experienced!
According to the Craigie on Main website:
Chef Tony Maws, Boston’s Best Chef (Boston Magazine) and one of America’s Best New Chefs (Food & Wine), combines his trademark French-inspired “refined rusticity” with an unyielding passion for the best local, seasonal, and organic ingredients.
The talented young chef will demonstrate three different turkey cooking techniques: old school roasting; spatchcocking -which involves cutting out the backbone, pressing the turkey to flatten it, and brushing it with a mix of olive oil, salt, and pepper; and the 2-cook method where the legs are separated from the breasts.
