OpenTable is more than just your go-to site for booking restaurant reservations. They also maintain a detailed blog featuring the best dining spots across the country. This week OpenTable featured their collection of the 100 Most Scenic Restaurants in America based on more than 10,000,000 verified user reviews over the past year.
Of the more than 25,000 eateries included in the data, three of the establishments in the top 100 are located right here in Massachusetts; Boston’s Venezia Restaurant, Ocean House Restaurant in Dennis Port, and Twenty-Eight Atlantic at Wequassett Resort in East Harwich.
Here’s what each has to offer.
Venezia Restaurant
Located at 20 Ericsson Street on Boston’s Neponset River, Venezia is a hidden gem tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Guests noted the excellent service, fresh seafood-packed menu and gorgeous waterfront views of Boston’s skyline from across the harbor. Venezia has an overall rating of 4.5 stars on Open Table.

Ocean House Restaurant
The Ocean House overlooks beautiful Nantucket Sound in the quaint Cape Cod village of Dennis Port. A popular spot for weddings and celebrations, the Zagat award winning restaurant serves lunch and dinner menus of local seafood crafted into unique, delicious creations with Asian inspiration. They also make their own specialty pizzas and serve exquisite cocktails at the insanely popular outdoor Beach Bar. Open Table reviewers have given the Ocean House a solid 4.7 star rating.
Twenty-Eight Atlantic
Another Cape Cod favorite, Twenty-Eight Atlantic is located at Wequassett Resort in East Harwich, overlooking Pleasant Bay. The restaurant has an impressive 4.8 star rating on Open Table. Their description reads:

Six other New England restaurants also earned spots on the list: 15 Point Road in Portsmouth, Rhode Island; Boat House Waterfront Dining in Tiverton, Rhode Island; Coast Guard House in Narragansett, Rhode Island; Joseph’s by the Sea in Old Orchard Beach, Maine; Ocean in Kennebunkport, Maine; and Simon Pearce Restaurant in Quechee, Vermont.
