"I got this tshirt for a relative in Portland, Oregon. In a recent accident where he was hit by a car, a good samaritan came to his immediate aid. The person asked him orienting questions, including 'What is the capital of Vermont?' Who would ask that question??? My familys' reply: 'Montpelier.' How did he even know that answer???
