Chowdaheadz is a fan lifestyle brand. Every design we produce is an original artistic expression created by our team, inspired by our love of New England culture, history, humor, and regional pride.

Our products — including t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, and accessories — are not official merchandise and are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or licensed by any professional sports team, league, school, organization, or individual. They are fan and lifestyle products that express personal pride, cultural identity, and humor. For officially licensed merchandise bearing actual team logos, please visit the registered websites of your favorite organizations.

Chowdaheadz's designs, logos, slogans, and brand elements — including the Charlie Chowdahead™ character and the Chowdaheadz® name — are the intellectual property of Born Into It, Inc. and are protected under applicable trademark, copyright, and intellectual property law.

Our Position on IP Claims

We take intellectual property seriously — both protecting our own and respecting the rights of others. We are always willing to engage in good-faith discussion with any organization that believes a specific design raises a legitimate concern.

That said, Born Into It, Inc. will not respond to unfounded blanket claims, non-specific cease and desist letters, or communications that appear designed to intimidate rather than resolve a genuine dispute. Our work is grounded in parody, humor, and fan expression, and is protected by the First Amendment, applicable parody law, Massachusetts General Law Chapter 93A, and anti-SLAPP statutes. We document all incoming IP communications and reserve the right to pursue declaratory judgment against bad-faith claims.

If you have a specific and legitimate concern, we want to hear it. If your organization sends a general or unsupported claim, we will treat it accordingly.

How to Submit a Valid IP Claim

If you believe your copyrighted work or intellectual property has been infringed by content on chowdaheadz.com, please provide our Copyright Agent with all of the following:

The electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner
A specific description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed
A specific description of where the allegedly infringing material appears on our site (URL or product name)
Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights owner, their agent, or the law
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or are authorized to act on their behalf

We require all IP and legal notices to be submitted by certified mail on company letterhead, with any applicable registration numbers and supporting documentation included. We cannot accept IP or legal notices by email or phone. This protects both parties and ensures a documented record of all communications.
