Official Rules — Chowdaheadz Sweepstakes

These are the standard official rules that apply to all giveaways and sweepstakes run by Chowdaheadz. Specific contest announcements may include additional details that supplement these rules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility

This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate: employees of Chowdaheadz (the "Sponsor"), Sponsor partners, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, sweepstakes and advertising agencies — as well as members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling, or child, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and anyone living in the same household as such employees, whether or not related.

Void where prohibited by law. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

How to Enter

Follow the entry instructions provided in the specific contest announcement. Entry methods may include completing an online form at chowdaheadz.com, submitting via social media, or other methods as specified per contest.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per sweepstakes period, unless otherwise stated. Entries must be submitted using the correct entry method, contact information, and any other details specified in the contest announcement.

The following entries will be disqualified:

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any other automated means
Multiple entries from a single person beyond the stated limit
Incomplete or incorrect entries
Entries using inappropriate language or content, at Chowdaheadz's sole discretion

All entries become the sole property of Chowdaheadz and will not be returned.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The drawing will take place on the date specified in the contest announcement. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry (email or phone number, as applicable to the contest). The individual who receives and responds to the winner notification will be considered the winner unless they designate another person within their response.

Winners must respond and claim their prize within 30 days of being notified. Failure to respond within that window means the prize is forfeited. Chowdaheadz is not required to award a forfeited prize to another entrant.

Photo, Video & Content Submissions

For contests requiring photo, video, or other creative content submissions, winners and featured entries will be selected entirely at the discretion of Chowdaheadz.

By submitting any photo, video, or other content to Chowdaheadz, you grant Chowdaheadz and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, modify, publish, and otherwise make use of that content in any and all media, now known or hereafter created, worldwide, and for any purpose — including but not limited to resizing, cropping, captioning, adding logos, and creating derivative works.

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

Your submission does not infringe any copyright, right of privacy or publicity, or any other third-party right
You have the full right to grant the licenses described above, free and clear of any claims or encumbrances

You acknowledge that Chowdaheadz has no obligation to post or display any submitted content and may remove, edit, or delete it at any time at its sole discretion. Submitted content becomes the property of Chowdaheadz, which has no obligation to preserve or return it.

You understand that submitted content may be publicly visible and subject to public comment or rating, and by submitting you waive any privacy expectations with respect to that content.

You agree to hold Chowdaheadz and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, and assigns harmless from any claims arising from the display or use of content you submit.

Social Media

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform. Any questions or concerns about this sweepstakes should be directed to Chowdaheadz, not to any social platform.

General Conditions

By entering, each participant agrees to:

Abide by these Official Rules and accept the decisions of Chowdaheadz as final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes.
Release, discharge, and hold harmless Chowdaheadz and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and sweepstakes agencies, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all injuries, liability, losses, and damages of any kind — including death — resulting directly or indirectly from participation in the sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
Allow the use of their name, city/state, voice, photograph, image, and/or likeness for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and in perpetuity, by Chowdaheadz and its designees, without additional compensation (unless prohibited by law) or prior approval.

In the event of a dispute over entries submitted from a shared account, the authorized account holder at the time of entry will be deemed the entrant.

Chowdaheadz and the Released Parties are not responsible for technical failures, network outages, server errors, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues beyond their reasonable control.

Prize

Prize details, including retail value, will be specified in each individual contest announcement. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise stated. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
