5 Ways To Tire Out The Kids At The Holyoke Mall

The Holyoke Mall in western Massachusetts is a kid-friendly shopping center with nearly 150 stores, a large food court, and several restaurants.

Five spaces are particularly designed to amuse the little ones, so if you are looking for an indoor source of entertainment this winter, head to Holyoke!

1. Billy Beez

This 27,000 square-foot indoor play park features tons of colorful equipment inspiring kids to run, crawl, climb and jump to their hearts content. There are slides, a ball pit, tunnels, sports courts, swings, climbing ropes, trampolines and more! There's even a kid-friendly refueling spot called the Honey Café.

All ages are welcome and there are separate areas to accommodate infants and toddlers. Billy Beez is open Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday & Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. 

 

2. Build-A-Bear-Workshop

Kids love stuffed animals, and Build-A-Bear lets them create their very own friend from the stuffing to the finishing touches! Choose a bear - or one of several other animal, dinosaur, or doll friends, add scents and sound bites, stuff it full of love, then choose the perfect outfit and accessories! Build-A-Bear is also available for special occasions and kid's parties.

Open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. All stuffed friends and accessories vary in price.

 

3. Round1, Bowling & Amusement

16 full lanes of bowling, six professional grade billiard tables, two karaoke rooms, over 250 arcade games (including “exclusive” games), plus a full food and drink menu - Round1 is fun for the whole family!

Open Monday thru Sunday 10 a.m. to 2 a.m.

 

4. All in Adventure

Challenge your little ones' minds with seven exciting escape rooms of all different difficulty levels. You have 50 minutes to solve each puzzle and escape the themed rooms. Choose from Houdini’s Magic Cell, Hollywood Premiere, Escape from Alcatraz, and more! 

Hours are Monday thru Saturday 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

 

5. Flight Fit & Fun

This is yet another indoor adventure park, but this one is geared towards older kids. Featuring virtual reality games, ninja warrior courses, trampolines, dodgeball, climbing structures, and a laser maze, your tweens will get quite a workout. Plus, it's fun for the whole family!

Hours are Monday thru Thursday 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Friday thru Saturday 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
