• BoatClass, with Freedom Boat Club, gives attendees 90‑minute on‑water training sessions—perfect for beginners or anyone needing a confidence boost on the water.

• Best parking: Easton’s Beach (shuttle offered 8 a.m.–8 p.m.)
• Water taxi from Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina to the Brokerage Show
• Accessible via I‑95, TF Green Airport, and Boston Logan 
• On-site amenities include food vendors (Wally’s hot dogs, Newport Chowder Co., Onshore Brewing, etc.) and nearby Newport’s boutique shops, historic mansions, cliff walks, and restaurants.
