Trent Frederic is a Bruins legend already

What a debut for Trent Frederic.

He made his debut for the Boston Bruins Tuesday night, and it was a memorable one to say the least.

A lot of us probably didn't know much about him before he got called up, and that's alright, because we know who he is now, at least. It's kind of hard to forget now.

Frederic got into a fight in his NHL debut, and won. That probably made him gain a lot of fans, regardless of how the rest of his career goes.

In case you did not see the video or just want to see it again, here you go.

Ouch. Brandon Tanev has to regret that one by now. Did not go so well for him. Generally, not a fan of fighting in hockey, but I know fans love this sort of stuff and you have to give the people what they want.

So here's some stuff you might like to know about Frederic, in case you are not all that familiar with him. He is only 20 years old, which means he can't legally drink yet but even so, he is playing in the NHL. So basically, there is one thing we have over him, even if he's going to be a lot wealthier than all of us at some point.

He was having a pretty good season for the Providence Bruins (10 goals, 7 assists in 37 games), he was the 29th overall pick in the 2016 NHL Draft (which pretty much means he should be an NHL regular at some point) and he played college hockey in Wisconsin, which is a good hockey school; it might not be Hockey East, but they are a very good team.

So yeah, welcome to the NHL Trent Frederic. Looking forward to seeing what else you can do...
