Treat The Little Ones To An End-Of-Summer Pirate Ship Adventure

Are you looking for a final summer adventure before the kids head back to school? Take a drive down the coast to Hyannis for a real live pirate voyage!

You'll find the colorful Sea Gypsy pirate ship docked in the harbor with crew and costumed characters ready to welcome you aboard.

Before you set sail on the high seas, the little ones get decked out with pirate gear like hats, eye patches, foam swords, and even fun face paint!

Captain Drake, Captain Claudia and Captain Tom and their deckhands lead the kids in pirate-themed sing-alongs as well as regale them with previous pirate tales.

They'll help hoist the flag and interpret the giant map in search of sunken treasure.

But as with any treasure, they aren't the only ones searching! Your little pirate will help fend off marauders with the Sea Gypsy's water cannons.

Once the treasure is hauled aboard, the kids get to split the booty!

This real-life pirate voyage may seem dangerous, but never fear, your little one is in good hands. All the captains are licensed by the United States Coast Guard and trained in First Aid and CPR.

While the Cape Cod Pirate Adventure is best suited for kids between the ages of three and 10, there is plenty to do with older children in Hyannis.

After the little ones enjoy their treasure, why not board a Cape Cod Duckmobile?

These amphibious vehicles take you on a tour of Hyannis including the JFK memorial and the church once attended by the Kennedy family.

Next the vehicle will splash into the sea for one-of-a-kind views of area beaches, gorgeous mansions, and the local llighthouse.
