Paul Revere-Themed Restaurant & Bar Celebrates The Rebel In Us All

The Revere Hotel in Boston Common has a new restaurant and bar befitting of its namesake. Rebel’s Guild opened its doors to patrons on April 18, the anniversary of Paul Revere’s famous midnight ride.
Floor-to-ceiling murals and a replica Colonial era canon handcrafted by Sharon-based artist, Bruce Rosenbaum set the rebellious tone of the restaurant where the former Emerald Lounge club once stood.
Rebel's Guild features iconic menu items like Boston baked beans with molasses-rich brown bread and butter, Yankee pot roast, American chop suey, crispy buffalo oysters and Maine-farmed grilled salmon steak.
While the entrees are distinctly New England, each has a modern twist befitting of a youthful city hangout.
The new bar is constructed of white marble and overlooks the patio, set to open when spring weather finally arrives in Boston.
Signature cocktails include Paul’s Punch, made from Newport Distilling Company’s Thomas Tew Silver and Amber rums, fragrant Falernum cordial, and fresh pineapple.
The bar also features 50 American wines in honor of the 50 states and craft beers including several local options.
Experience Rebel’s Guild for dinner, drinks or weekend brunch. They invite you to "Join the cause to conspire, quench and consume!"
