Good news: Torey Krug is coming back soon

Boston Bruins fans can have some good news for once this week.
Sure, there's always going to be naysayers when it comes to any team or anything in life for that matter, but here's a real reason to actually feel good about the Bruins: Torey Krug will be coming back at some point.
Krug, as you may remember, hurt his ankle back in September and now, he is expected to skate again at some point this week. Cool news. Good news. It's what you want to hear. It's the kind of boost these guys could use--and the time of it is pretty good as well.
Now, it's not exactly clear which day he is set to come back but Bruins head coach Bruce Cassidy (because Claude Julien was fired) said Krug is making progress. He called it a "step in the right direction". Normally, that's what I say at a restaurant to the waitress when she has a cheese grater for my chicken parm and asks if it's good enough yet. Seriously though, I'll tell you when it's good. Don't tell me how to live my life!
But yeah, definitely good news here on Krug. This ankle injury, apparently, isn't related to the ankle injury that caused him to miss the last playoff game last season, according to Boston.com (the Walmart Boston Globe).
Cassidy also noted that once he gets back on the ice, the team will have a better idea of where Krug is in terms of progress. He didn't travel to Calgary, so it's not something that's happening immediately but who knows? Maybe he'll make the trip to Ottawa next week. That's something to keep an eye on, just saying.
In 76 games last season, Krug amassed a career-high 59 points (14 goals, 45 assists) and had an even plus/minus rating.
