Brad Stevens looks very similar to a 2020 POTUS candidate

Well, if you ever wondered who Brad Stevens looks most like among other people who are famous, I guess the answer is no longer Tobey Maguire.

That's right. It turns out, he's more of a Peter Buttigieg kind of a guy. And if you don't know who that is, he's a 2020 Democratic presidential primary candidate. He's 37 years old, the mayor of South Bend, Indiana (home of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish), a US Navy Vet. Oh yeah, and him and Brad Stevens look pretty dang similar.

I know we said the Ryan Seacrest-Joe Kelly thing was a load of BS -- because it is BS. Those two guys looked nothing alike. But here's how you know this one is legit: both of the guys agree on it.

There's that tweet from the dude who is running for POTUS, and then there's also Brad Stevens' reaction to it all.

He was on 98.5 The Sports Hub, so naturally, it came up...

"I had a friend a few years ago who said, 'I just met the mayor of South Bend, Indiana, and he is incredibly impressive -- and he looks exactly like you,' " Stevens said.

"I've actually followed him pretty close. And I'll be real candid: I love a lot of his platforms. I'm a big fan of his," he added. "I haven't endorsed anyone yet because I don't really get into the political stuff too much, but he's a hard one for me to root against. He's also rising pretty quickly."

Stevens can support whoever he wants. What I care about is if the Celtics can keep winning.

But this is not the first time a Boston sports coach looked like a politician. In 2012, the Red Sox had Bobby Valentine as their manager. During the offseason before the season, US Rep. Ron Paul was running for prez in the Republican primary--and they looked quite similar...
