5 Massachusetts Restaurants Where The New England Patriots Go To Celebrate

I don’t have to tell you just how epic last night’s Superbowl win over the Atlanta Falcons was for our boys. Now that the adrenaline has worn off and the fanfare has died down, the Patriots are surely ready to enjoy some well-deserved downtime with their friends and families.

The following restaurants are known favorites among the New England starting lineup, so if you’re planning dinner out you may just be able to congratulate your favorite player in person!

Abe & Louie’s, Boston, Massachusetts

This upscale take on the classic American steakhouse serves the best in corn-fed beef, from the aged ribeye and New York sirloin to the prime porterhouse. Patrons also adore the seafood options including the hearty New England-style clam chowder and the massive seafood tower stacked with swordfish, lobster and salmon. Abe & Louie’s is a favorite spot for wide receivers Julian Edelman and Danny Amendola to pack in the protein. Former Patriot’s cornerback Ty Law is also said to be a fan.

Del Frisco’s Grille, Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts

Del Frisco’s specializes in comfort food with a fine-dining twist. Staples like filet mignon, New England lobster rolls and “two-fisted” sandwiches are hearty enough for even the biggest linebacker-sized appetites, and favorites like cheesesteak eggrolls, Ahi tuna tacos and truffle-infused deviled eggs are sure to satisfy your craving for “game day” food. The man of the hour himself, Mr. Tom Brady is a fan of Del Frisco’s, as well as NFL stars across the country who frequent the restaurant’s 20+ locations.

Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse, Foxboro/Boston/Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts

Boston’s North End is known for its exemplary traditional Italian dining. With Davio’s the New England Patriots can get that same iconic flavor without leaving Foxboro. Just steps from Gillette Stadium, players go crazy for the handmade gnocchi. David Light is a fan of the Philly cheesesteak spring rolls. Team owner, Robert Kraft is said to order the Block Island swordfish. Davio’s also has locations in Boston and Chestnut Hill.

Stephanie’s on Newbury, Boston, Massachusetts

More comfort food to remind displaced players of home, Stephanie’s is famous for their meatloaf, mac and cheese and Southern fried chicken. Gronk and Julian Edelman have patronized this famous eatery along with several other past Patriots over its 20 year run on Newbury Street .

La Morra, Brookline Village, Massachusetts

Another favorite restaurant of Brady’s, he is said to order the Bolognese di la Morra when he visits – although probably not before a game! The extremely rich dish consists of traditional lamb, pork, veal and beef with foie gras butter. On lighter evenings Brady goes for the wood grill chicken under a brick.
