1.)Newly placed orders will often not show an order status until the next business day. Once your order has shipped a tracking number will be assigned and posted to your order page.
2.)Please allow 12-24 hours for carriers to update their tracking information. If you are not under a deadline to receive your order please give us an extra day before calling. Your order could be sitting on your doorstep or could be arriving tomorrow. This will help us keep working and getting orders out quickly to our fellow Chowdaheadz!
