Chowdaheadz will accept returns within 45 days (90 days for orders placed between 10/1-12/25) for products that are not used, opened, defective, or you are not happy with the item for any reason. Choose from an exchange or refund/online credit with our simple step by step returns portal below.

 Returns Policy

Shopping online should be as trouble free as shopping in store. For this reason, our Returns Policy is super simple.

You have 45 whole days from the day your order is delivered to decide if it's not quite right and process your return. Everything you buy on our site is eligible for return except for items marked as final salecustom items, and mystery items.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition - this means unworn and unwashed. There are very rare instances where you may have received a damaged or incorrect item, in this case you will chose that option in our returns portal and we will get a new one to you as soon as possible. 

We reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return arrives in an a condition which does not meet our returns policy.

Return Options

Size Exchange

Fit wasn't quite right and you want to swap it for the a size up or down? An exchange is your best option. The cost to return your incorrect size is on us!

You’ll receive a prepaid return label and the replacement size will be sent as soon as we've received your item back at our warehouse. You can opt for an instant exchange and we will ship your new size immediately. This will require you to put your credit card in and we will put a $1 hold on your card, as long as your items are in the mail within 14 days you will not be charged for anything. If your items aren't returned you will be charged for them.  

Online Credit 

Perfect if you know you’ll buy something in the near future, but aren’t quite sure what you want right now. We cover the cost of your return and you will receive a gift card through email for the cost of your order.

When you submit your return, you’ll receive a pre paid label to send your items back.

Refund

You should know how this works. We will issue you a pre paid label to send back your items. Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse.

FAQ: 

What items are returnable? 
Chowdaheadz will accept returns on items delivered within 45 days. We accept returns on clean, unworn & unscented apparel, and all other non-apparel items unless otherwise specified on the product page. 
** Please note that we cannot provide prepaid labels for international orders. 

What orders are not refundable? 
- Items marked as final sale
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail items
- Mystery items
- Custom t-shirts

How do I exchange for another size/style/etc?
We offer immediate exchanges through our returns portal. You can exchange for a different size or a totally different item if you would like.

I received one of your products as a gift and I want to return or exchange it
No problem! Click the process my return button at the bottom of the page there is a button to start a gift exchange. 

I live close by. Do you offer on-site returns or exchanges? 
No. We do not have a retail store and we're unable to offer warehouse returns/exchanges at this time. Sorry!

You sent me the wrong merchandise/something was left out of my order. How do I get my stuff? 
We're very sorry about this! Send us an email at help@chowdaheadz.com before processing your return explaining your situation. We'll do our best to get a replacement out wicked fast

My merchandise is damaged. What do I do?
Send it back to us using the prepaid label. Go through the returns process above and you will be able to get a replacement ASAP!

How soon will I get my refund?
Returns can take anywhere from 7-14 business days to arrive at our warehouse and be inspected by our team. Once your refund is issued, it takes 2-3 business days to show on your bank statement. 

I got my refund, but it's not for the full purchase amount. How come?
Chowdaheadz does not provide refunds for original shipping charges except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
