We've told you all about Cape Cod's annual Hydrangea Festival, a week-long celebration of the area's most beautiful blue, pink and white blossoms.
This year, restaurants across the Cape decided to get in on the fun by creating their own hydrangea-themed cocktails.
Interested parties 21 and over sampled whimsical concoctions like the "Hydrangea Delight" at Quicks Hole Tavern in Woods Hole, and the Change Rose at Seafood Sam's in Sandwich, made with gin, Cape Cod Beach Blonde and homemade hibiscus syrup.
The folks at the Flats Restaurant featured this gorgeous Lavender Citrus Martini.
Additional cocktail creations included the "Sparkling Hydrangea" at the Wild Goose Tavern in Chatham, and the "Frozen Blue Hydrangerita" at the Cape Codder in Hyannis.
The Hydrangea Festival Cocktail Trail featured more than 30 stops. Sadly, the delicious drinks were only available during festival week from July 12 - 21.
If you missed out this year, be sure to mark you calendar for the 2020 annual Cape Cod Hydrangea Festival.
Who knows? Maybe a few of the restaurants will decide their hydrangea cocktails are too good to retire!
