Chest: Measure under arms around the fullest part of the bust. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.

Waist: Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.

*Please review this chart when ordering. Many order a size up especially if you are on the cusp or have a larger chest size as our women's shirts are a  more fitted style of t-shirt.
