BEST WAYS TO CONTACT US:
1.) Click the "Live Chat" link found towards the top of any page on our website. If we have a live help operator available they can answer any questions you have in an IM pop up window which most browsers will accept. Generally our live help operators are available during standard business hours M-F 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. E.T. If "Live Help" is not available the pop up window will be an inquiry form to send your question and we will answer within 24 hours.
2.) Send us an email to: we will respond within 24 hours not including weekends. All initial email contact can go to this address and will be forwarded to the appropriate departments.
3.) To place an order, track, an order, or have a question please call us: Toll Free 1-800-560-2840. (Note when you place an order over the phone you may be speaking with a call center representative that will have limited product knowledge. Please ask to be transfered directly to our office if you have any issues)

You are welcome to place an order online & pick your order up in our showroom. Please place your order online through the website and indicate in the notes that you want to pick your order up by putting the word Pickup in your message (our system will see this word and put it in a "pickup" status. Please note: We do not have all the product on our website available in our showroom. Pickup orders must be placed online first!
Order by 9:00 a.m & pick up between 2:00 p.m. & 5:00 p.m., call if any questions.
Your order will be held for 5 business days if you indicate pickup and then will be canceled if you don't show up.
You will either not be charged shipping when we actually charge your card or we will refund the shipping on when you arrive. Any questions on order pickup or item availability give a call direct at 781-491-0707 or click the live chat link at the top of our website.
Our Pickup/Showroom Location is located at 185 New Boston Street, Woburn MA 01801. Please note this is a showroom and not a store you can shop in.

Return Policy: Our items have proper descriptions and information about what you are buying. Please read the item and look at the picture carefully so you know what you are purchasing. If you are not happy with the product we will accept item returns if unused, unopened, and in new condition. Item returns must arrive at our address Box below within 30 days for a refund.
Exchange Policy: If you ordered the wrong size we will exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. The item must be new, not worn, and in perfect condition for return. We also must receive your item back within 30 days to credit your card. Orders after 30 days will not be able to be refunded. (Orders placed between November 15th & December 15th will have a 60 day exchange). To exchange an item for another size please return to:

Please include a note indicating the replacement size you are requesting, return address, & order number or copy of invoice if possible. Be specific on what your intention is with sending back your item as we have no way of knowing without this info in your return/exchange.

Catalog Requests- Sorry fellow Chowdaheadz, but we do not have a printed catalog. Our online store is our catalog and contains everything we offer. We update our product line so often that any catalog would get outdated by the time we printed it. In addition we would hate for you to fall in love with something in a print catalog only to find that we no longer have it available. The website is always up to date with current inventory and is ever changing.
Please use the website to order. We can take phone orders (800-560-2840) if necessary but using the website will allow us to track and expedite your order more efficiently. If you do not live in the United States you will have to call or email us to place an order. Do note our store uses a secure credit card processing system and we have never had an issue with card security on our site.
Fax/Phone Orders: If you do not want to order over the web you may fax your order to 781-491-0907. Please send your fax with a clear description of the items you are ordering, phone number we can reach you at, credit card # (including expiration date & 3-4 digit code on back of card).
Problems Ordering?If you click on the Order button and get no response, it is probably because you can't connect securely to our server. As a test, try going to another page which is secure.

Many of our items allow you to add "Name & Number" on back or allow for some sort of "Personalization". These items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final on personalization items so please order accordingly.
Sales Tax: We charge sales tax on taxable goods shipped to a Massachusetts zip code. (Do note that apparel goods are not taxable) For questions on sales tax and what is taxable inside MA please go to www.massdor.com . If we are shipping outside of MA we do not charge sales tax.
Gift Certificates - Coupon Codes- Promotions
Gift Certificates: We do not impose any restrictions on gift certificates. They can be used like cash in our store. Gift certificates are not valid in our affiliate stores (Ex. Our ticket links and any external partner links) Please be sure you are in the Chowdaheadz store and not an external link when using your gift certificate.
Coupon Codes: We often issue discounts & coupon codes for customers. Only one coupon code can be used per purchase so choose the one that gives you the best savings! Coupon codes are not valid on custom screen printing orders.
Promotions: We do quite a bit of non-coupon code promotions on our website and they change often. We cannot honor pricing on promotions that have expired or on past orders that did not receive a current promotion. We understand you may have made a purchase a few days before a promotion but we hope your a customer for life and you will win out more then you miss out over the long term with Chowdaheadz:)
