There are 3 ways to get in contact with us to answer any types of questions including:
To Place an Order, Existing Order Questions, Sales Questions, Custom Screen Printing Questions, General Product Inquiries, etc..
1.) Click the "Live Help" button found on the left hand margin or at the bottom of our homepage. If we have a live help operator available they can answer any questions you have in an IM pop up window which most browsers will accept. Generally our live help operators are available during standard business hours M-F 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. E.T. but we do occasionally step out of the office sometimes. If "Live Help" is not available the pop up window will be an inquiry form to send your questions.
2.) Fill out an inquiry form and our customer service dept. will respond within 24 hours. If "Live Help" is not available this is the best way to contact us as it give us time to respond to your inquiry appropriately. We have a very efficient system of keeping track of your email messages so please use this form unless you need an immediate response. We understand not everyone likes to fill out a form and wait for a response but it allows us to document all emails and get back to you quickly and efficiently to resolve any issue you have.
3.) To place an order by phone please call our order processing department Toll Free 1-877-710-4905. To track an existing order, resolve any issues you may have, speak with sales about wholesale purchasing or to place a custom t-shirt order please call 781-491-0707.

Exchange/Return Policy:
Return Policy: Our items have proper descriptions and information about what you are buying. Please read the item and look at the picture carefully so you know what you are purchasing. If you are not happy with the product we will accept item returns if unused, unopened, and in new condition. Item returns must arrive at our address Box below within 30 days for a refund.
Exchange Policy: If you ordered the wrong size we will exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. The item must be new, not worn, and in perfect condition for return. We also must receive your item back within 30 days to credit your card. Orders after 30 days will not be able to be refunded. (Orders placed between November 15th & December 15th will have a 60 day exchange). To exchange an item for another size please return to:

Please include a note indicating the replacement size you are requesting, return address, & order number or copy of invoice if possible. Be specific on what your intention is with sending back your item as we have no way of knowing without this info in your return/exchange.
Shipping
Shipping charges are based on the weight of your items ordered. Generally orders that weigh less then a pound (Ex.. one t-shirt, or one light novelty item) will cost around $4.50 to ship. Shipping costs increase when you order more items, heavier items, and the further away from our zip code near Boston (Woburn, MA 01801) that you are are located.
We pack & ship orders Monday-Friday (excluding national holidays)
Orders received by 1pm EST often ship the same day. (Monday orders after a long weekend or during the holiday season may not ship until the following day)
We ship UPS and USPS Priority Mail.
Some items are larger in packaging or ship from a separate warehouse and will be delivered in a different box.
A few select items indicate on their page that they have longer production times and do not fall within our standard delivery times. (Ex. our car mats are made to order and take 2-3 weeks as noted in their availability on the item pages).
Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options within the continental United States: 1. Best Option (You let us choose between UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, which may be much faster and more efficient) 2. UPS Ground (UPS Ground, this gives you detailed tracking, please check the UPS website for time in transit to your zip code, we ship from zip code 01801) 3. USPS Express 1-2 Day (Available in the USA only, items must be in stock and ordered by 1:00 p.m. for 1-2 Day Delivery) Orders are delivered Monday-Friday when choosing UPS Ground. Please do not include Saturday, Sunday or national holidays when calculating UPS shipping.
Express Shipping: We offer USPS Express Mail, 1-2 days as an option at checkout. USPS offers the most affordable overnight delivery option for our items weights and dimensions. Express mail offers 1-2 day guaranteed service from our zip code (01801) to most US zip codes, check with USPS if you are not sure. FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY YOUR ORDER MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 1:00 E.T. FOR 1-2 DAY DELIVERY, THE ITEM MUST BE IN STOCK (Good to call and check first 781-491-0707) AND YOU MUST UNDERSTAND WE CANNOT CONTROL SOME UNKNOWN VARIABLES IN THIS LEVEL OF SHIPPING. (WEATHER, LOST PACKAGES, UNEXPECTED HOLIDAY RUSH, ETC..) ITEMS THAT INDICATE A LONGER DELIVERY TIME DO NOT QUALIFY FOR EXPRESS MAIL AND ARE NOTED ON THEIR PRODUCT PAGES.
Do note that our shipping costs are lower then most other providers and upon checkout when your shipping costs are calculated there should be no surprises or dramatic markup over the cost that the carrier charges us. Some larger items, framed photos, memorabilia, and other items must ship in a separate package or from another location and often increase shipping charges. International Shipping: There are a selected list of countries outside of the U.S. that we ship to. To view our list add an item to your card and continue to the checkout page. If your country is not listed let us know and we will consider adding it to our list. Our website calculates international shipping cost in real time based on USPS International Parcel Airmail rates. Shipping Prices
Like most catalog and internet retailers, Chowdaheadz.com charges for shipping. Due to the nature of our items, the shipping and handling cost is based on weight. Once you place your order, our online software will automatically calculate your exact shipping charges based upon your address and the weight of the items you purchased.
To calculate shipping charges for the mail in orders please follow these instructions.
1. Complete your order at our online store as you normally would if ordering with a credit card. Click through our site and add your desired items to your cart.
2. After you finish shopping and have updated your cart with your desired items, click "Checkout" on the Current Order page.
3. Please review your order to ensure that everything is correct.
4. Complete the information including your address & zip code.
5. Choose your desired shipping method.
6. Click "calculate" below the shipping method field and the checkout page will update your shipping charges.
7. Our software will automatically calculate the shipping charges and add any other necessary fees or taxes. If there is any questions about this please email us to sales@chowdaheadz.com
Please use the website to order. We can take phone orders (781-491-0707) if necessary but using the website will allow us to track and expedite your order more efficiently. If you do not live in the United States you will have to call or email us to place an order. Do note our store uses a secure credit card processing system and we have never had an issue with card security on our site.
Fax/Phone Orders: If you do not want to order over the web you may fax your order to 781-491-0907. Please send your fax with a clear description of the items you are ordering, phone number we can reach you at, credit card # (including expiration date & 3-4 digit code on back of card).
Problems Ordering?
If you click on the Order button and get no response, it is probably because you can't connect securely to our server. As a test, try going to another page which is secure.
If you are unable to connect to secure pages:
You could be using an old version of your browser, in which case you should update your web browser. A web browser can only connect to secure pages for two years before it needs to be updated.
Or you are behind a corporate firewall that won't allow secure connections. Ask your network administrator, or order from another location.
If you are unable to add items to your shopping cart:
Your web browser's security setting's might be too high, try setting them to Medium.
A setting called 'Cookies' might be disabled from your web browser setting or a firewall running on your computer.
You're using an old version of your browser, in which case you should upgrade.
Tax
Sales Tax: We charge sales tax on taxable goods shipped to a Massachusetts zip code. (Do note that apparel goods are not taxable) For questions on sales tax and what is taxable inside MA please go to www.massdor.com . If we are shipping outside of MA we do not charge sales tax.
Gift Certificates & Coupon Codes
Gift Certificates: We do not impose any restrictions on gift certificates. They can be used like cash in our store. Gift certificates are not valid in our affiliate stores (I.E. Born Into It Tickets, Custom Bracelet Affiliate link) Please be sure you are in the Chowdaheadz store and not an external link when using your gift certificate.
Coupon Codes: We often issue discounts & coupon codes for customers. Only one coupon code can be used per purchase.
