Q: I want to find out my order status.

Q: How Do I Send A Return or Exchange An Item?
A: We accept returns and exchanges for products that are not used, not personalized, unopened, defective, or you are not happy with the item for any reason. All items should be inspected upon receipt before using, we cannot accept returns on used items. You must send the item back to us within 30 days of your receipt (90 Days From 10/15 to 12/31). Your order should have the return/exchange information on the back of the product. If not CLICK HERE to download the return/exchange form. Q: What are my shipping costs or I have another question about shipping?

Q: I have a question about a size on an apparel item.
A: Our sizing chart is accurate and up to date. CLICK HERE to see our sizing chart. If your not sure the rule of thumb is to order a size up.
Q: An item is out of stock on the website, when will it be available? 
A: When an item goes out stock on our website we typically replenish it as fast as we can. We want to sell more of them just as much as you want to buy one. Usually we are just waiting on the manufacturer to get more in stock so they can ship them to us. Please go to that item page and input your email address where it says "notify me when back in stock".  You will be notified as soon as that item becomes available again.
Q: I Have a question about a product that I would like to purchase:
A: CLICK HERE to send an inquiry, your email will be delivered to a knowledgeable Chowdaheadz that will answer you within a few hours.
Q: Can I call and place my order?
A:At this time all orders need to be placed online so we can focus on shipping. If you have a product question then CLICK HERE to go to our inquiry page.
Q: Can I fax in or send you a check/money order.
A: We do not accept faxed retail orders, checks, or mailed in money orders. We suggest setting up a paypal account if you cannot pay with a credit card. We take paypal at checkout.
Q: Can I get a catalogue?
A: We do not publish one, our inventory changes too often and we don't like to kill trees.
Q: Coupon & Promo Codes:
A: We often send out promo codes and coupon codes in our newsletter or on our social media pages. Be sure to keep up with us there. Only one code per customer, per order can be used in our store. Shipping discount codes are only valid for shipping within the US and it's territories.
Q: You used to personalize a lot more items.
We are not currently offering as many personalized items as we had in the past (name & number). We may add these options back in the future but they are not currently offered.
Q: I want to either join your newsletter, update my email, or unsubscribe.
A: Joining our newsletter is simple CLICK HERE. Unsubscribing is simple, just click the link at the bottom of the email (if there is no link we were simply sending you an email regarding your order, you are not on any list). If you want to change your newsletter email unsubscribe the old address and CLICK HERE to add a new address.
Q: I am seeking a charitable donation or some donated  stuff for my charity event. 
A: While we would love to support every cause and donate stuff to your charity we have found it impossible to pick and choose between charities. We get many emails per week and if we made a donation to every inquiry we would be out of business and that would not do anyone any good. We have instead decided to make a yearly donation to a charity of our choice. Please do not contact us with any type of charity requests becuase it makes our hearts heavy to say no and we unfortunately cannot respond to these types of emails.
Q: How can I say thank you for such great service? 
A: The best thing you can do to say thank you to us is to let some fellow Chowdaheadz know about our company. This is the best compliment we could receive. You don't need to send us an email, just tell a few of your friends!
Q: Other stuff.
Sales tax- Yes we charge it on certain items (usually non-apparel) if your ship to address is in Mass.
Gift Certificates- Never Expire
Wholesale- Yes we sell wholesale CLICK HERE to inquire.
Tickets- Our ticket link is an affiliate/partnership link, we do not fulfill ticket orders here & you cannot use coupons on our ticket site.
