Who are the Chowdaheadz?

Chowdaheadz is a Boston area based online retailer that sells items for the "Boston Enthusiast". We sell many original Boston themed designs and we also sell some stuff from other Boston sports themed apparel companies as well as some licensed MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, & NCAA products.

Do you guys have a store?

Yes we have a small showroom that is mostly for picking up online orders. We are located in Woburn MA at 185 New Boston Street, 01801.  For directions and hours see the info link at the top of this page.

Where do you guys ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in Woburn, MA. Which is located about 15 minutes north of Boston. Some of our larger or more expensive items ship from other locations, possibly direct from the manufacturer (Memorabilia etc.)

Can I sell Chowdaheadz stuff?

We are certainly open to any type of resale or licensing inquiries. Please call us 781-491-0707 or email us:

I have a great idea to share with you or have a product that I think you should sell.  Will you pay me?

If you have an existing item for resale we may be interested in selling your item. Be sure it fits with the theme of our website before dropping a line for consideration. Please do not send us unsolicited slogan ideas or product ideas and expect to get compensation. We are not going to compensate you just because you send us an email of a cute slogan (we have heard too many of them already or may have something similar in mind). I wouldn't want you to send us a blind slogan idea, not hear back, and then see something similar on our site a week later that was already being worked on. Unless you are sharing it with us for free please do not send it to us without discussion first.   .

What are your shipping options?

How long until I get my goods?

Your order will ship according to the "Availability" time frame on the product page. Once your order ships it will depend on how far you are located from our location.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax to taxable goods shipped to a Massachusetts zip code. (Do note that apparel goods are not taxable) For questions on sales tax and what is taxable inside MA please go to www.massdor.com . If we are shipping outside of MA we do not charge sales tax.

Is your store a secure site?

Yes, our credit card processing is done through a 100% secure website and is certified by Yahoo. We have never had a problem with any customer reporting abuse of their card when using our store. We also do not share your information with any third parties. Feel safe using our store!

I love the Chowdaheadz can we hang out?

We would love to but we are just too busy helping out our customers. We work hard to keep a smile on everyone's face and don't have too much time on our hands. (Plus you might be crazy)  We still love you though! You can certainly join us on facebook & twitter and chat it up with us all year round.
