I purchased this lanyard and it had a small tear in the threading upon delivery i called them right away and their customer service representative was so attentative on the phone she shipped a brand new one out and i had it within two days. Keep up thew good work : )

The lanyard I recieved was not the one shown in the picture above. Pretty lame to show the customer an item but ship them a completely different one.
